Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase or confirmation of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Damages and Defects

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery with full details and photos.
  • Burst vacuum bags are not considered a defect.
  • If the item is returned and no defect is found during our testing, you will be charged a 50% restocking fee and be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We do not accept refunds for change of mind. However, if a return is approved for a change of mind, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping fees (to and from), as well as all transaction fees, are non-refundable.

 

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
  • If a returned item is tested and no defect is found, a 50% restocking fee will be charged and the customer must cover the return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank – processing times vary.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at sales@capital3d.au.

Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued and we covered the return shipping, this cost will be deducted from your refund.
