All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

We use flat-rate shipping for filament orders, while all other products use carrier-calculated rates based on weight and destination at checkout.

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. If you'd like an estimated delivery timeframe, feel free to contact us at sales@capital3d.au.

Order Production & Dispatch

• Filament orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
• 3D printed items are made to order. Production times vary depending on current workload and complexity of the item. Please refer to the notice at the top of our website for our current estimated production time.
• Orders containing both filament and printed items will be dispatched once printing is complete.
  
• Foam Blaster related orders please allow 3-5 business days
• If any delays occur, we will notify you by email.
