Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle, depending on the destination and the most efficient shipping option available.

We use flat-rate shipping for filament orders, while all other products use carrier-calculated rates based on weight and destination at checkout.

Delivery Services

• Australia Post is used for all deliveries to parcel lockers, Parcel Collect addresses, or PO Boxes.
• Other deliveries may be sent via either Australia Post or Sendle, based on the best available option.

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. If you'd like an estimated delivery timeframe, feel free to contact us at sales@capital3d.au.

Order Production & Dispatch

• Filament orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• 3D printed items are made to order. Production times vary depending on current workload and complexity of the item. Please refer to the notice at the top of our website for our current estimated production time.
• Orders containing both filament and printed items will be dispatched once printing is complete.
• If any delays occur, we will notify you by email.
