As these are made with the FDM process (layer by layer) there can/will be minor imperfections. While every precaution is taken to ensure the quality of the print is maintained to the highest standard, no two models will ever be exactly the same and may have minor imperfections which can occur during the printing process.

A pocket-sized measuring card for blaster builds and hobby tools. It’s 100 × 45 mm, black with gold (ENIG) markings, and holds the measurements you reach for most often.

Front

  • Metric ruler (0–100 mm): zero sits right on the edge, so you can butt it against a part and read straight off.
  • Screw length gauge: drop a socket head or flat head into the slot, lay the screw along the scale and read its length. It covers 4–50 mm.
  • M3, M4 and M5 nut outlines: each one has a clearance hole in the middle, so you can check the nut and the screw size in the same spot.

Back

  • Inch ruler, marked in 1/16".
  • O-ring guides: true-size outlines for AS568 -012, -016 and -123. Lay your O-ring on top to check the size.
  • Hex key chart: which key fits M3, M4 and M5 socket head and button head screws.

Made from 1.6 mm FR-4 with rounded corners, so it’s tough enough to live in your toolbox or bench drawer.

Please note: on this batch, the -123 O-ring outline is printed undersized. It actually shows the size of a -121 (26.6 mm / 1.049" ID). A genuine -123 is larger, at 29.8 mm / 1.174" ID, so it won’t line up with that outline. The -012 and -016 outlines are correct. Future batches will have this fixed.
